MY REVIEW:

Food, travel, and romance is what Served With Love by Priyanka Menon is all about. Yes, the book is as amazing as it sounds. This book is a straight up romance  with a beautiful plot line. Served With Love is so much more than just romance, it shows how three individuals come together and become a family of their own, the beautiful bond between and aunt and her niece, and how two people come together despite all their differences.

It is a heart warming read that gives you all the warm and fuzzy feelings inside. The writing is fluid and the author manages to capture your attention despite the predictable plot. The picturesque descriptions of the locations visited by the protagonists and the mouth watering descriptions of all the food they eat make the reading experience a wonderful one. The character development is amazing, both with Abhimanyu and Pakhi. The family dynamics in this book is another plus point. I loved how the relationship between Abhithi and Abhimanyu evolved into a beautiful bond between a father and a daughter. The climax however was quite predictable, especially because of the prologue, and that’s what disappointed me. :/

Pick up this book if you haven’t already, it is a perfect winter read to curl up with, add a fuzzy blanket and a mug of hot chocolate and you are set. Fans of Cecilia Ahern and Jojo Moyes, do not miss this one. ❤
